How many kids can use the bounce house at once depends on the actual unit and the size and ages of the kids using it — the manufacturer sets the limit for that unit. We review that unit's occupancy and rules with you at setup so you can supervise confidently — we don't assume a fixed capacity across every bounce house.
An adult must supervise use at all times. We walk through the safety rules with you on arrival so you're ready to supervise. If weather makes use unsafe — high winds or storms — we'll work with you to reschedule or find a safe alternative; actual cancellation terms are confirmed when we book.
